General Information and Dates
Registration requires the registrant to be a member of AI*IA (for the second half of 2019). AI*IA membership fees are not included in the registration fees in this page (please, refer to the linked page of AI*IA).
All registrations include the welcome dinner, coffee breaks and lunches. The full pass also includes the conference dinner.
Deadlines
Early registration for at least one authors of accepted papers: 10 September 2019Early registration: 31 October 2019- Regular registration: 15 November 2019
- Late registration: 22 November 2019 (until the end of the conference)
No-cash policy: Participants are allowed to register upon arrival at the conference (late registration), but must still use the online registration process and are not allowed to pay in cash.
