Registration procedure

Participation in the events organized by the association AI*IA is reserved to members of the association. Member companies have one delegated participant in AIIA 2019 included in their annual membership.

WARNING:

• Those who do not register by filling the AI*IA 2019 Attending Form will not be able to join the social events.
• Social Dinner, Welcome Dinner, and Excursion Fully booked.

Not yet a member of AI*IA?

If you or your company/institution are not a member of AI*IA yet, you must join AI*IA before proceeding with registering to AIIA 2019.

Visit https://aixia.it/diventa-socio/ and join AI*IA, as an individual or as a company/institution. After completing the registration, you will receive credentials for the aixia.it website. Once you will receive such credentials, come back to this page and follow the instructions for members of AI*IA.

Already a member of AI*IA?

If you are already a member of AI*IA, follow these steps:

1. Login with your aixia.it credentials on https://aixia.it/mio-account/;
2. Update your contact and affiliation information (will be printed on your badge);
3. Check that your membership for 2019 has been renewed (click on “Memberships”);
4. Proceed with registration. Click on “Conferences” and then on select your registration tickets and proceed with payment (either through Paypal or Bank Transfer). Please do not book registration with social dinner, the room is fully booked.
